Torture in Mt Elgon confirmed by newspaper photo

As the Kenya Army denies torturing civilians in Mt Elgon, a photo published in the Standard daily is one of the first documents proving that the allegations are true.

  1. Its a shame!

  2. Indeed it is. Those guys look absolutely terrified. Knowing the way rural men value their suits, ordering them to roll in the mud was the first step in psychologically breaking them. Its painful when you imagine one of those guys could be your relative.
