As former Governance PS John Githongo observed in his recent book "its our time to eat", the same bloody excuse was being offered all around to explain new corruption in the Narc Government. But as Kibaki got fitter, so did the Corruption! The man has been deliberately incompetent for the last 6 years hiding behind his "illness" to avoid confronting the corrupt elite of Kenya who happen to be his peers and friends. Why should a whole President now "threaten" to sack his rowdy Ministers?
