The sex industry in Kenya is playing a greater role in the economy as a lack of jobs pushes youths into the vice. A report by Medecins Sans Frontieres (MSF) has blamed Kenyan security forces for escalating the violence in Mt Elgon, resulting in hundreds of deaths.
